Microsoft dimostra ancora una volta di curare molto l'aspetto del supporto software per Windows, il suo sistema operativo per PC e notebook. Nelle ultime ore il colosso di Redmond ha rilasciato una serie di aggiornamenti per Windows 10 e Windows 11.
Quello che ci interessa maggiormente è sicuramente il nuovo aggiornamento rilasciato per Windows 11. Si tratta chiaramente di un update destinato a Windows 11 versione 22H2, corrispondente alla build 22621.1702. La novità principale di questo aggiornamento consiste nell'introduzione del supporto ai widget animati.
I widget animati si riferiscono alla barra delle applicazioni, quella che solitamente è nella parte bassa dell'interfaccia (abbiamo anche descritto come aggiungere icone alla barra). I nuovi widget mostreranno un'animazione quando c'è un cambiamento nelle informazioni che mostrano, ad esempio un cambiamento delle condizioni meteo per il relativo widget. L'animazione verrà mostrata anche quando ci si passa sopra con il mouse.
Un'altra novità abbastanza rilevante consiste nella nuova opzione per attivare la ricezione degli aggiornamenti non relativi alla sicurezza non appena disponibili.
Questa nuova opzione, come vedete dallo screenshot in basso, è integrato nella sezione Aggiornamenti delle Impostazioni di Windows 11.
Oltre a Windows 11 versione 22H2, anche la versione 21H2 riceve un nuovo aggiornamento. Non sono incluse le novità che abbiamo descritto sopra ma alcune correzioni a problemi minori e ottimizzazioni software. Arrivano anche dei fix per la modalità Microsoft Edge IE.
